To ensure a clean, long-lasting finish, follow these steps when applying your screen print transfer:

Heat press (not recommended: household iron)

Blank garment (cotton, poly, or blend)

Teflon sheet or parchment paper (optional but helpful)
Pressing Steps:

Set Your Heat Press

Temperature: 325°F (163°C)

Pressure: Medium to Firm (60–80 PSI)

Time: 7–10 seconds

Pre-Press Your Garment

Lay the shirt flat.

Press for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.

Place the Transfer

Position the transfer face-up (design side up, ink down).

Use heat-resistant tape if needed to keep it in place.

Close the heat press firmly.

Press for 7–10 seconds.

Peel While Hot
